Returns:
Dell's Leather Works provides its
customers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on materials and workmanship on all
products. Any defect in material or workmanship must be reported to DLW within
10 business days in order to receive repair or replacement of the item. Any item
returned found to have abnormal short term wear or damage is subject to a fee to
rectify the problem. Customer is responsible for shipping and insurance on any
returned item.
DLW will not be
responsible for belt returns
that are too small due to customer measurement error. So please be sure to
follow the directions on our belt
ordering policy page. There is no charge for shortening your Dell's
Leather Works belts, however, the customer is responsible for all shipping to
and from.
